Hey Guys!
So it’s been 3 weeks since my last post and I’m sorry
about that, just had a lot going on with school and stuff! But today I thought
I would tell you about a recent home dying experience that I had. You might be
expecting bright orange hair or something but actually it’s the opposite.
Literally nothing happened. It might seem a bit irrelevant to put up a post
about something that didn’t work but if any of you guys are thinking about
dying you hair at home I just wanted to say that I don’t recommend this
product!
So first off I tried L’Oreal Casting Crème Gloss in
Sweet Honey last summer. I did everything right, left it on or the advised
amount of time but the results were disappointing. My hair was the exact SAME
colour as before. However I just thought that the shade had been too dark
because I bought one close to my own hair colour as I was afraid to go too
blonde.
I left it for a while and then I decided during the
Christmas holidays that I would try again. So I bought a box of L’Oreal Casting
Crème Gloss in Iced Blonde. The reason I went back to the same brand is that I
had heard it was supposed to be good and, as I said, I thought I just bought
the wrong shade the first time.
I did the patch test however I never actually dyed my
hair beore going back to school. I wanted to dye it during the holidays just
incase anything went wrong so I waited until midterm. I bought a new box then
(except Light Iced Blonde because they didn’t have and Iced Blonde) and tried
again. However the results were the same. My hair remained the dark blonde
colour it had already been.
This might have seemed like a bit of a pointless post
but I just wanted to share this frustrating experience with you guys! Has this
ever happened to any of you? Or do you have any reccomendations for at home
hair dyes that actually do work? If so please leave them in the comments section below!

Oh wow, I heard L'Oréal was good! I guess I heard wrong haha well, at least it didn't leave your hair green or anything hahaha
